UNC Finance and Operations is Hiring a HVAC Mechanic Near Chapel Hill, NC
Assist with the inspection of new construction projects, both capital and facility improvement projects that impact the chilled water distribution system.
Leads in the locating of all chilled water lines and equipment for capital improvement projects and facility project that may impact chilled water.
Assists with emergency repairs or conditions related to the chiller or chilled water distribution system throughout the entire campus.
This position is designed to maintain the Chilled Water Distribution System, as well as assist with the Standalone Chiller Systems. This position is responsible for the maintenance and repair of all auxiliary equipment supporting the Chilled Water System.
