Job Summary: The host/hostess will greet guests, provide accurate wait times when necessary, and escort them to the dining and bar areas. For this role, you should have solid organizational and people skills to make sure our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive until their departure.

Job Responsibilities / Guest Experience:

• Welcome guests to the restaurant.
• Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists.
• Manage reservations.
• Escort guest to assigned dining or bar areas.
• Provide menus and announce server’s name.
• Greet customers upon their departure.
• Provide genuine hospitality with a smile.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Go beyond industry service standards by giving high energy, engaging and authentic service to create a wow experience for all guests.
• Cater to guests who require extra attention.
• Be a team player, including offering and asking for help and taking initiative to help other departments when needed.
• Commitment to deliver a unique and memorable guest experience
• Greet guests, explain service model, and educate on all “need to know” highlights.
• Assist in the cleanliness and upkeep of the restaurant.
• Complete and set-ups, side work, and/or closing duties assigned.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods.
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to cope with pressure, multiple deadlines, and working under pressure.
• Must be a certified Food Handler in respective state and TABC certified.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Willing to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music.
• Willing to work on feet for extended periods.
• Willing to work as part of a team and complete some work independently.
