Host/Cashier

Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as they enter the restaurant
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Manage the waitlist and seating arrangements
- Answer phone calls and take reservations
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Assist with cleaning and organizing the host stand area
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Experience:
- Previous experience as a host or cashier in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, specifically Aloha POS, is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food service and guest relations
