Job Summary
The City of Fort Collins Utilities is seeking a dedicated and internally-focused individual to join our team as a Business Support III. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring top-tier administrative support and responsiveness to meet the internal needs of our Utilities Customer Connections department. As a member of a three-person team, your primary responsibilities will include supporting five departments focusing on customer-facing programs & initiatives. Daily tasks include answering incoming questions related to Utilities programming via email, Teams, and in person, coordinating catering and event requests, assisting on-boarding new employees, maintaining office supplies, serving as the internal Google for employees, and generally responding to a wide variety of administrative support requests.
