Overview:
We are currently seeking a Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in apartment units. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas
- Clean club houses and offices
- Clean entry ways and breezeways
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Follow established cleaning procedures to ensure consistent quality
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in custodial or residential cleaning preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
