Community Healthlink (CHL) recognizes the power of a diverse community and seeks applications from individuals with varied experiences, perspectives, and backgrounds. Community Healthlink (CHL) is looking for part-time (37.5 hrs/wk) Respite RN working 2nd shift at our Worcester site.
Worcester Respite is a 3-bed DMH referred program. Respite clients reside on the unit for a set amount of time agreed upon by the treatment team and work towards their individualized treatment goals. Goals often include stabilization, housing, employment, and continued sobriety. Treatment team meetings are held with community providers, family and support systems, and Respite supervisors to assist individuals in meeting their treatment goals. Clients on the Respite program are encouraged to attend day programs, appointments in the community and to maintain daily structure.
Previous clinical experience working with substance abuse and mental health required.
Demonstrated strong work ethic, ability to work independently, and ability to contribute to team objectives required.
