The Massasoit Road Program is a Department of Mental Health-funded residential facility serving Persons with serious mental illness who also have complex medical needs. The enhanced medical service components of the Massasoit Road Program allow Persons who have medical needs that exceed what can be managed in a supervised group living environment but do not require a skilled nursing facility to remain in the community.
The Medical Care Coordinator provides direct supervision to all ACCS CNA staff and oversees the medical components of treatment for all Persons at the Massasoit Road program.

Qualifications:
LPN or higher degree in Nursing is required.
3 years of experience are required to manage adults diagnosed with co-occurring medical and mental health complexities.
