Responsibilities:

• Oversee clinical component of family treatment program
• Identify and participate in quality improvement activities
• Coordinate and supervise clinical components and treatment interventions in program milieu
• Facilitate clinical team meetings
• Provide clinical supervision and training to program staff
• Review comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, and make appropriate referrals
• Participate in on-call services
• Respects diverse views and approaches demonstrates Standards of Respect and contributes to creating and maintaining an environment of professionalism, tolerance, civility and acceptance toward all employees, patients, and visitors.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in psychology, social work or a related field.
• Must be licensed orlicense-eligible(LMHC, LICSW, LCSW, LADC-1).
• Knowledge of addiction and twelve-step recovery.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to provide trauma informed care.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to work as a member of a team to ensure sound clinical treatment.
• Current valid US-issued driver's license and ability to provide registered, inspected and insured automobile for work related purposes, including transporting clients in your own vehicle or company vehicle.
