- Minimum of three years advanced clinical practice in psychiatric nursing.
- Graduation from an accredited graduate program in psychiatric nursing
- Active licensure as an advanced practice nurse licensure for state practicing in (Massachusetts or Connecticut)
- Board certified as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Association and recognized to practice in an expanded role by the Massachusetts and/or Connecticut Board of Registration in Nursing.
