Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our Saugus Gym Location. As the General Manager for Ultraflex Gym, you will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring exceptional member service, and maintaining high standards of gym member hospitality. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including overseeing staff members, schedules, oversee service and maintain gym equipment and member satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals and increase profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train and mentor staff members on job descriptions techniques and member service protocols
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the Directors of operations management to create innovative sales.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Handle member/staff inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices

Experience:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the Fitness Industry (Minimum 5 years Experience ) Will need two professional references
- Strong knowledge of Gym management techniques and Fitness trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team and foster a positive work environment
- Experience in supplement or specialty beverage service is a plus
- Proficient in conducting interviews and selecting qualified candidates
