Senior Telecom Software Engineer, Costa Mesa, CA
Responsibilities: The Senior Telecom Software Engineer is responsible for software design and development of prototypes and tools that cross full stack - from UI, DevOps, Backend, Data Services, etc. Publish academic papers in reputable journals, demonstrating your research contributions and technical expertise in the fields of telecom software engineering. Collaborate with cross functional teams, including network architects, data engineers, and product managers, to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration of machine learning models into telecom software applications. Development experience with event driven distributed systems. Investigate and troubleshoot complex issues in telecom software systems with integrated machine learning models, analyzing logs and implementing effective solutions to ensure optimal system performance. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, guiding them in software development methodologies, machine learning techniques, and telecom-specific challenges. Write solid, detailed SQL queries. Having experience with query optimization and designing ERDs’. Contribute to the intellectual property of the company by filing patents and protecting innovative ideas resulting from your research and development efforts.
Qualifications: THIS POSITION REQUIRES A MASTER’S DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) IN COMPUTER ENGINEERING, COMPUTER SCIENCE OR IN A CLOSELY RELATED FIELD, PLUS 3 YEARS OF WORK EXPERIENCE IN THE JOB OFFERED OR IN A CLOSELY RELATED OCCUPATION.
Special Requirements: REQUIRED EXPERTISE/KNOWLEDGE OF:
Certificates for Neo4j Certified Professional and Kubernetes Application Developer required.
