Ultra Global Business Services is Hiring a Test technician Near Braintree, MA
The Ultra manufacturing function is responsible for the manufacture, integration and test of a wide range of products and systems providing innovative capabilities for our customers.
Ultra Maritime Naval Systems and Sensors is looking for a Production Test Technician to join our team. We are a provider of underwater and surface solutions for the US and allied government customers.
Our products include undersea defense, acoustic countermeasures, sonar systems and radar solutions.
Duties include :
Fabricates harnesses from wire run lists and operation sheets utilizing harness boards
Meets all quality and efficiency standards in accordance with established guidelines
Complies with all timekeeping, safety, Electric Static Discharge (ESD), material handling and calibration procedures
Assist with production as needed
Required Skills :
Associates degree in electronics, or mix of education and experience
2 years of experience
Ability to obtain a security clearance. Security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens
Desired Skills :
Experience in fabricating equipment
Some assembly experience preferred
Underwater acoustic testing is a plus
Strong sense of responsibility
Ability to use mechanical hand tools
