Our skilled nursing facility is looking to hire a PT/OT Director of Rehabilitation DOR.
The PT/OT Director of Rehabilitation DOR is responsible for overall supervision, coordination and administration of the facility. We value leaders who are solution-oriented and willing to provide guidance and support when uncertainty arises. The desired candidate must be well organized and motivated.
This role requires a leader who can effectively manage a team of therapists and ensure quality patient care. Previous experience working as a therapist in a skilled nursing facility is required. The PT/OT Director of Rehabilitation DOR will provide regular supervision, feedback, and coaching to the team, and ensure their professional development.
Requirements:
- Active State PT or OT License
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience working as a therapist in a skilled nursing facility
