Job Overview: As a Warehouse Associate, you will collaborate closely with our warehouse team to oversee the shipping, receiving, and fulfillment processes for physical products. This role also involves regular communication with the inventory manager to ensure efficient support for our business operations and customer needs.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Support various warehouse tasks, including product storage, packing, shipping, and organization.
• Maintain an organized layout of physical products to streamline receiving, stocking, shipping, and merchandise pickup.
• Ensure timely order shipment to meet customer deadlines and service level agreements.
• Receive and process orders of books and printing materials accurately.
• Prepare precise shipping documentation, including labels and checklists.
• Assist with tabbing, highlighting, stocking, and receiving tasks as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels and provide recommendations for inventory management.
• Collaborate with the finance team to conduct accurate audits.
• Provide support to Customer Service for order fulfillment inquiries.
• Address emails regarding shipping and orders promptly and professionally.
• Handle additional duties and projects as assigned.
