The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for assisting with automotive, motorcycle, watercraft, and ATV electrical and lighting installations, primarily motorcycle lighting.

This position will also maintain a knowledgebase and help customers on the phone and email.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide Tech Support with technical questions on our support que through phone and email
• Updating of technical documentation related to installation, fitment, knowledgebase, etc.

• Ability to answer a high volume of calls and emails daily

• Ability to read and / or write technical documents, wiring diagrams, schematics, etc.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Technical training, associate degree, or 3 years of experience in automotive or motorcycle industry
• Microsoft Office experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Willing to relocate to Youngsville, NC or surrounding area
