Ultimate Staffing is currently recruiting for Field Service Technicians in Milwaukee, WI! The position requires an individual who has mechanical aptitude, and is dependable, safety minded, and works well within a team environment.

Direct Hire, Permanent Position

Pay Rate $28.00-40.00 per hour ($2,500 Signing Bonus)

Company Paid Vehicle; Company Paid Training

Job Responsibilities:

• Inspecting, repairing, and testing all manual - electric - pneumatic hoists to factory and OSHA requirements.
• Inspection & repair of Bridge Cranes.
• Operate and certify customer products (hoists, cranes, spreader beams, etc.).
• Provide repair estimates.
• Utilize InspectAll Hoist/ Crane inspection software as required.
• Accurately complete service reports and other required documents.
• Able to work at great heights to complete a work order.
• Responsible to support multiple job site customer/ facility engagements effectively.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Industrial Electrical/Mechanical Technology or related field or equivalent vocational/technical training and experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical testing equipment, general hand tools, hoists, cranes, & slings.
• Math aptitude, computer literacy, troubleshooting, professional demeanor with the ability to be a team player.
• Ability to lift 75-100 pounds
