Job Description

We are in search of a Division Order Analyst for our client in the Alamo Heights area of San Antonio. This position is a direct hire position.

The ideal candidate will already have a minimum of 2 years Oil & Gas experience

Salary : Starting from $50,000 per year

Schedule :

• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience :

Oil & Gas : 2 years (Required)

Responsibilities :

• Analyze and interpret legal documents related to ownership, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Calculate decimal interest changes based on conveyance documents with precision.
• Assist in the preparation, review, and auditing of reports, maintaining high standards of quality.
• Regularly communicate and correspond with clients, attorneys, accountants, company representatives, and internal team members regarding ongoing matters.
• Maintain up-to-date project records and documentation in the project management system.
• Organize and manage client files, including scanning and filing records in both physical and digital formats.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Senior Division Order Analyst or management.

Qualifications :

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Strong organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
• Ability to comprehend and execute instructions accurately, seeking clarification when necessary.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a collaborative team player.
