YOUR DAY
As our Customer Service Quotation Specialist, your day begins with reviewing and responding to customer inquiries for quotations. You'll gather essential information from various departments to create accurate and competitive quotes, ensuring our clients receive timely and efficient service. Your expertise in identifying spare and wear parts will be invaluable as you guide customers through their needs, providing professional advice and detailed quotations.
You'll handle incoming requests, resolving issues promptly and thoroughly to maintain high customer satisfaction. Your role also involves processing technical and commercial inquiries, collaborating with second-level support, and working with BOMs and technical drawings. By gathering relevant information and creating comprehensive client quotations and orders, you'll play a crucial part in our sales process and contribute to our reputation for excellence!
QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of experience in customer service, manufacturing, installation/service, or sales
• Strong PC and software knowledge, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Great work ethic and team player mentality

Having SAP experience with SD modules, stock, and purchasing is preferred. The ability to speak German is a plus!
