Temp to Hire Position

Location: Manchester, NH

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Hours: 1st Shift Monday-Friday 6AM-2:30PM

The SMT Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining surface mount technology (SMT) equipment to assemble electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs). This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sets up and operate a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines
• Work from process sheets or written instructions given by supervisor to perform production tasks
• Inspect components and PCBs for defects and quality issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions or process errors
• Adjust machines while running a job if necessary

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 6 months to 1 year of minimum experience in manufacturing
• Previous experience as an SMT Operator or in a similar role
• Ability to read and interpret prints, specifications, and work instructions
• Good work ethic and team player
