$$ Earn up to $17/hour as a Car Wash Crew Member $$
Ultimate Shine Car Wash is hiring Great People! We currently operate 17 sites in TN, VA & WV and plan to double in size by the end of 2022. With this type of growth comes limitless job opportunities! On average, crew members earn $11-$17 /hr with base rate and commission!

As A Team Member You Will:
- Ensure customer satisfaction by creating a WOW experience for the consumer
- Demonstrate knowledge of each of the wash packages Ultimate Shine offers
- Explain and offer Unlimited Plan and the Rewards Club programs to customers
- Properly utilize car wash equipment and support customers in operating equipment
- Clean and perform general upkeep/maintenance of the grounds, facilities, and equipment
- Follow all Ultimate Shine Wash rules, policies, and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
What We Are Looking For:
· A team Player with a strong work ethic that’s contagious
- Ability to display excellent customer service skills and professionalism.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time in a fast-moving environment
- Flexible availability to include nights, weekends, and holidays
- Be able lift 50 lbs.
