Job Description

We are a Renewable Energy Company searching for Title Specialist to join our team for 6 months minimum. MUST have previous industry experience to be considered (Title, Real-Estate, Renewable Energy or Legal Industry)

Job Duties/Description:

• Drafting real estate agreements using provided templates
• Coordinate search work with third party lawyers, recorders & abstractors.
• Prepare leases, purchase options, easements, and other documents.
• Review incoming land control agreement requests for completeness.
• Maintain landowner files, tracking spreadsheets, and LPM data.
• Confirm requests regarding leases, easements, purchase agreements, and other associated documents.
• Perform other duties as requested; project closings, data management, & large mailings.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience working within the title industry, real estate abstracting or legal industry (managing contracts) - required
• Experience with land Deeds, title abstracting and/or real estate agreements
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Microsoft Teams software.
• Knowledgeable regarding contract, file and change management
• High School diploma or GED; college degree a plus

Additional Info:

• Pay range: $30-$35/hr depending on experience level
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with a 1 hour lunch - some flexibility available
• Type: 6 months contract position with potential to go longer
