Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Technician for a health tech company here in Irvine!

• On-site, temp to hire role
• Monday - Friday - 6am to 2:30pm
• Location: Irvine, CA (Spectrum)
• Pay: $27-$29

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal teams, troubleshooting issues related to mechanical and electrical components.
• Utilize strong computer skills, including proficiency with Windows, Excel, MFT, executables, and .ini files, to diagnose and resolve system errors.
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in following and interpreting the extensive steps outlined in technical documentations
• Apply mechanical expertise to perform adjustments, align complex optical systems, calibrate lasers, and manage cabling configurations.
• Utilize a variety of specialized tools, including multi-meters, torque drivers, pipettes, light meters, temperature data loggers, laser collimation equipment, oscilloscopes, and electrostatic discharge (ESD) precautions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product reliability, performance, and user experience through continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED Required
• Strong proficiency in Windows operating systems, Excel, and familiarity with MFT, executables, and .ini files.
• Exceptional troubleshooting skills, with the ability to decipher error messages and address issues promptly and effectively.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical adjustments, optical alignment, laser calibration, and cabling management.
• Proficiency in using a range of tools and instruments, including multi-meters, torque drivers, oscilloscopes, and ESD precautions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
