Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to oversee various projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, communicating with stakeholders, tracking project progress, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones. The Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers, team members, and clients to ensure projects are executed efficiently and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate project objectives, timelines, and expectations to team members and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Track project milestones and deliverables using project management tools.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and other external stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of project activities.
• Assist in the identification and implementation of process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a project based role is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Additional Information

• Pay Range: $45-50k/yr.
• Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm
• Type: Contract-to-hire
