Production Associate TEMP-TO-PERM $17.00 an hour Northborough, MA

Schedule: Mon - Fri 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

The Production Associates are responsible for various processing tasks, including wipe, testing, plug/play functions of assets. Additionally, they handle sorting, storing, handling, verifying, and preparing products for customers while ensuring the safety and organization of the production/warehouse environment.

Duties:

• Verify the quantity and accuracy of assets in the designated area.
• Connect assets to the Wipe/Testing system.
• Utilize the Wipe/Test system to ensure proper processing of products.
• Evaluate assets according to Grading Specifications.
• Maintain compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Demonstrate organizational and time-management skills.
• Conduct detailed inspections of outgoing products.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory cycle counts.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting boxes, and being on feet for extended periods.
• Experience with data entry using Microsoft NAV or other inventory control software.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proven ability to execute tasks efficiently.
