Do you have experience within the Title industry or the legal industry (real estate law) in the areas of: creating documents, pulling Deeds, examining Title, etc.)? If so, apply here!

Details:

• Pay range: $30-$35/hr depending on experience level
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with a 1 hour lunch - some flexibility available
• Location: In office for training for 1-3 weeks and then open to discussion (must live in Minnesota)

Job Duties:

• Drafting real estate agreements using provided templates
• Intake and review incoming land control agreement requests (leases, easements, purchase agreements, etc.).
• Coordinate property searches with the county with third party abstractors, lawyers, recorders and researchers.
• Examine vesting instruments and other recorded documents.
• Prepare and proof various documents such as leases, easements, purchase options, and other origination associated documents.
• Collaborate with project managers, land agents, real estate team members, landowners, legal representatives, third party abstractors, and outside vendors.
• Create and maintain landowner files and tracking spreadsheets.
• Manage and address ongoing new and revised document requests and maintain up to date status reports on project completion.
• Perform other duties as requested, including but not limited to project closings, data and contract management, large mailings, and real estate trainings.

Requirements:

• ***2 years of experience working within the title industry, real estate abstracting or legal industry
• ***Experience with land Deeds, title abstracting and/or real estate agreements -required
• Knowledgeable regarding contract, file and change management
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Microsoft Teams software. Experience with Landworks would be amazing but not required.
• Existing experience with renewable energy projects - preferred but not required
• Solid attention to detail
• Excellent verbal/written communication
• Strong interpersonal skills for communicating with internal and external parties
