We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for our client in Burbank, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, handling inquiries, and assisting clients with various financial products and services.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding financial products such as loans, credit cards, and savings accounts.
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
Provide guidance and support to customers navigating our online banking platform.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate financial products and services.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.
Maintain thorough knowledge of company policies, procedures, and products.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred.
Previous customer service experience in a financial institution or related industry is preferred but not required.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
