Ultimate Staffing is partnered with a presitigious and reputable firm in search of an onsite Intake Specialist to join their team in Concord, NH.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to client phone calls and emails
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews of new potential clients to understand their situation
• Communicate to attorneys about potential clients and referrals
• Record and document client communications

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years experience in legal or office setting
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Proficient with Microsoft Office

The compensation range for this position is $22-$24/hourly depending on experience with a comprehensive benefits package included.
