Job Description

We are looking for a Data Entry Administrator to join a local company that is located in Safety Harbor. The ideal candidate will be customer focused, have exceptional organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a strong attention to details, and dependable. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills. -This is an in office position with the position going HYBRID once training is completed. This is a full-time DIRECT HIRE POSITION.
Job Responsibilities and Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to multi-task
- Able to prioritize in a fast paced environment
- Strong computer skills, including Excel and GPS software
- Requires strong organization and attention to detail
- Answering phones
- Some QuickBooks experience
- Light administrative duties
Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clients and vendors
Balancing bank accounts to ensure accurate financial records
Paying bills on time through different vendor portals
Entering detailed data from utility bills into internal system with a high level of accuracy
Identifying and reconciling errors within existing system data
Auditing utility accounts to identify billing discrepancies and large variances
Working with vendors to rectify billing issues in a timely manner
Assisting in taking customer inquiries via phone and providing account details
Coordinating with multiple departments within the company to achieve common goals
Other tasks as assigned by management
High School diploma or equivalent
1 - 2 years experience in a alpha numeric data entry position. Minimum typing speed 50 WPM
Must have a keen attention to details, and excellent communication skills.
Must be able to work Monday - Friday
Must manage sensitive information in a confidential manner
Have a strong sense of urgency
Willing to complete other duties as assigned
Pay rate: $17 -$18/hr, - depending on experience - 40 hours a week.
Hours: 8 am - 5 pm, M-F
Location: Safety Harbor, FLÂ
