Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and promptly address customer inquiries.
- Efficiently schedule deliveries, installations, and service calls.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure data security.
- Support sales efforts by responding to inquiries and identifying sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Ability to think creatively and problem-solve.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.
- Team player with a friendly personality.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Background check and drug screening required.
Additional Information:
- Base pay: $18-20/hour commission & yearly bonus (based on company performance)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
- Location: 100% onsite Stillwater, MN
