Customer Service / Order Entry Representative (Bilingual Preferred)

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service / Order Entry Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone, email and chat channels, as well as accurately processing orders in our order system.

Responsibilities:
- Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Accurately processing customer orders into our system
- Providing product information and processing returns or exchanges
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to inform customers

Requirements:
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with order processing systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a huge plus
