Job Responsibilities:
· Maintain property in first-class manner
· Conduct weekly inspections of property
· Establish and maintain positive tenant relationships
· Direct resources to handle customer requests and issues
· Coordinate tenant move in and move out processes
· Coordinate and oversee capital improvements within portfolio
· Update weekly Sales Report
· Solicit, evaluate, re-bid and award annual Preventative Maintenance and Service Contracts
· Successfully manage a team of maintenance and administrative professionals
· Anticipate and respond to customer needs and requests
· Develop and maintain detailed property budgets and forecasts on property expenses and capital expenditures
· Maintain vacant space in properties for potential customers
· Manage service providers and ensure work is perform in a timely manner
· Assure all maintenance personnel maintain a working knowledge of all mechanical systems
· Oversee Property Manager Assistant and assigned Maintenance Personnel
Skills:
· Prior Property Management experience
· Knowledge and understanding of commercial lease language
· Basic Real Estate Accounting Knowledge
· Self-motivated
· Ability to Multi-task
· Effective verbal and written communications skills
· Excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skills
Experience:
· 2 years of property management experience a plus
Education:
· Bachelors Degree (minimum)
