We are currently recruiting for CNC Programmer and Machinists! We have immediate job openings available with a wonderful employer in the Exeter and Rochester, NH area.

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer and Machinist to contribute their expertise to our daily production and prototype projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC equipment to ensure efficient and precise manufacturing processes.

LOCATION: Exeter and Rochester, NH (onsite)

SALARY: $40.00 - $44.00/hourly DOE $10,000 sign on bonus

Bonus Percent: 6%

SCHEDULE: First Shift (Monday - Friday)

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Develop CNC programs using GibbsCAM or Partmaker software.
• Configure tools and optimize production processes for efficiency.
• Analyze blueprints to determine part dimensions and select appropriate tools, machine speeds, and feed rates.
• Occasionally set up and operate CNC equipment as needed.
• Make mechanical and programming adjustments to maintain quantity and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineering to provide recommendations for part and process improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor within capabilities.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• High School diploma or GED required, Associate's Degree or Certification in a related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in CNC programming and machine operation.
• Proficient in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
• Familiarity with G-code and M-code programming.
• Experience in setting up and troubleshooting CNC machines.
• Strong mathematical skills and ability to interpret blueprints with GD&T.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Compliance with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements in designated areas.
