A client of ours based in Palm Beach Gardens is currently in search of a dedicated individual to fill the role of Client Success Coordinator.
Position: Client Success Coordinator

Description:
We are a rapidly expanding payment technology company seeking a full-time, permanent Client Success Coordinator.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the Payments or Merchant Service Industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent client focus and phone etiquette.
• Initiative and the ability to thrive independently, once tasks are clearly defined.
• Proficiency in multitasking, with the flexibility to reprioritize as needed.
• Experience handling and safeguarding sensitive, confidential information.
• A flexible, resourceful, positive, and polite demeanor.
• A professional appearance and demeanor suitable for VIP client interactions.
• High proficiency with Windows 11, the Microsoft Office suite, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
• The ability to learn and effectively sell our products and services (Training provided).

Responsibilities include:

• Answering phones, managing client correspondence, and promptly addressing client inquiries.
• Coordinating applications and ensuring seamless client experiences.
• Occasional travel to conventions or conferences may be required.

Requirements:

• Professional appearance and demeanor, with restrictions on facial piercings, gauges, and visible tattoos.
• Non-smoking and non-vaping office environment.
• Health benefits offered after successfully completing a 90-day probation period.
• Submission of at least three employment references with contact information.
• Completion of a drug test and background check, along with signing a nondisclosure agreement.

Salary: Starting from $55,000.00 per year Commissions
