Work Hours: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm with an hour lunch and overtime as needed

Pay Scale: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour, dependent upon experience Benefits

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-year experience as a Retrofit Lead Installer
• Possess necessary hand tools for HVAC installation
• Must be able to properly perform equipment start-up
• Must have a valid Driver's License and a Clean Driving Record
• Braze line sets
• Must possess a valid Level I and Level II EPA license
• Test line sets
• Able to measure ductwork and install all equipment accessories
• Basic understanding of more complex sheet metal fittings
• Can complete retrofit installs unsupervised and on budget
• Can complete low-voltage connections on furnaces, air handlers, air conditioners, Heat pumps, zone controls, and humidifiers.
• Must be able to communicate well with supervisors and homeowners
• Ability to complete all necessary paperwork
• Able to complete and follow through on change orders
