Job Description:

As a Special Events Associate, you will:

• Plan, organize, and execute special events, including fundraisers, galas, and community outreach events.
• Develop and implement event marketing strategies to promote events and maximize attendance and participation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate logistics, secure sponsorships, and ensure event success.
• Utilize various fundraising techniques and campaigns to raise funds and support charitable initiatives.
• Cultivate relationships with donors, sponsors, and supporters to foster long-term engagement and support.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure events are executed efficiently and within budget.
• Provide on-site support during events, including setup, coordination, and attendee assistance.
• Evaluate event success and effectiveness, analyzing metrics and feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in event planning, event marketing, fundraising, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
