Ultimate Charities is Hiring an Entry-Level Customer Service Specialist Near Fairfax, VA

We are actively seeking Entry-Level Customer Service Specialists to join our team and support a great cause! As a privately-owned event marketing and advertising agency, we have recently expanded and are looking for individuals to fill entry-level positions in marketing, advertising, and sales promotions. Our clients, some of the nation's largest companies, have entrusted us to increase consumer awareness and build their customer base. We are seeking self-motivated, naturally-leadership-oriented individuals who are career-oriented to lead in expanding and growing this division.

Main Job Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Development:

    • Coordinate, analyze, and continually monitor the progress of marketing campaigns.
    • Professionally represent clients in all areas of business and assist customers with any questions.
  2. Division Growth:

    • Contribute to the growth and performance of the division.
    • Train and develop new marketing professionals.
  3. Adaptability and Planning:

    • Stay on top of changes in the marketing environment to best serve the client's objectives and adjust plans accordingly.
    • Manage and develop promotions and materials.
  4. Customer Interaction:

    • Utilize great communication and customer service skills.
    • Work with the public and potentially be trained for a management position.

Qualifications:

  • No experience is necessary; training is provided for candidates that qualify.
  • Great communication and customer service skills.
  • Retail and sales experience is a plus.
  • Desire to work with the public and be trained for a management position.
