Job Summary:

1:1 Home health Patient.
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to patients and support their overall well-being. Your primary responsibilities will include assessing patient conditions, creating care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.

Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patients' conditions
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and effective care
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques
- Ensure compliance with medical protocols, regulations, and ethical standards
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of GA

-Experienced with ventilator and tracheotomy management.

-Experienced with G-tubes
- Proficiency in airway management techniques
- Experience in providing primary care services to patients of all ages
- Familiarity with sterile processing techniques and infection control protocols
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus

Pay: $35.00 - $37.00 per hour
