The Opportunity
Ulteig is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Construction Inspector III for transportation and water construction projects located in North Dakota. This includes bridges, dams, and highways. As part of the Construction Monitoring team, the Construction Inspector will be responsible for observation, monitoring, and documentation of the work performed in the field by construction and contracting crews. Coordinating and overseeing daily work tasks for a diverse team of field inspectors.
What You'll Do
The Construction Inspector III will report directly to an Ulteig resource manager, as well as to the Construction Monitoring Manager of all assigned projects. The incumbent will be part of a team that inspects, and documents utility, large-scale transportation and water related construction projects, in accordance with the owner's requirements and contract documents and assists the Construction Monitoring Manager in on-site resolution of construction related issues as they are identified. This will require coordination with construction monitoring and project management teams as needed. This position is field-based and may require extended travel.

Compensation Range is Generally /- 15% of Position Mid-Point of $103,000
