The Manager, Strategic Initiatives Marketing, reports to the Director, Strategic initiatives Marketing and is responsible for leading our most important strategic platforms including Ulta Beauty expansion to Mexico, Conscious Beauty at Ulta Beauty and Wellness. This individual must be a strong brand marketer and storyteller with experience leading digital first, consumer centric campaigns that drive measurable results. This leader is a marketer who loves both the art and science and understands how to inspire and develop impactful work.
