Pipe Layer Foreman Daily Life

• Lead pipe laying crews on the jobsite with safety, quality and productive work
• Organize manpower and materials for efficient installation operations
• Work with project Superintendent to prioritize work.
• Understand, use, and teach concepts, procedures, and practices common for Pipe Layers.
• Outdoor work with all types of weather.
• Work safely.

Pipe Layer Foreman Must Haves

• Ability to read and understand blueprints, diagrams, and grades.
• Knowledge of aggregates, pipe, structures, etc.
• Experience leading others
• Experience successfully laying and testing underground pipe including restrained joint, mechanical joint, push-joint ductile iron pipe, Hobas, HDPE, and concrete pipe.
• Previous experience with heavy machinery.

All candidates must pass a post-offer drug screening.
