BENEFITS:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Develop and implement individual goals and objectives to maximize crew members work skills, habits, and earnings.
2. Provide daily supervision and training in a positive and constructive manner. Document activities and progress daily.
3. Implement behavior management programs as needed.
4. Complete evaluations, time studies and assessments of crew members. Summarize and review progress with the Services Manager and crewmembers monthly.
5. Participate in goal planning meetings, staff meetings and staff development activities as required.
6. Completes assigned pay sheets and assists bridge aids with completion of their assigned pay sheets.
7. Maintain safe working conditions, practices, and equipment. Conduct monthly evacuation and emergency drills.
8. Schedule routine maintenance for Bridge school district vehicle. Complete vehicle safety checklist monthly. Keep the vehicle clean and in safe operating condition.
9. Ensure that jobs are completed according to specifications.
10. Act as customer liaison to enhance customer satisfaction and goodwill by maintaining open and responsive communication.
11. Maintain an adequate quantity of production supplies.
12. Align work behaviors with UVAH's Mission, Code of Ethics and Values.
13. Notify supervisor or manager the same day if you do not get lunch or break.
14. Model positive behavior supports by making positive statements to crewmembers at a rate no less than once every three minutes per crewmember.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly supervise 3 crew members. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training crew members, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and coaching crew members; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma
Previous experience in janitorial work and training; or working with people with developmental disabilities desirable.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with crewmembers and employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Valid California driver’s license with current DMV printout.
CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
Pro-Act certification preferred.

Ability to work as part of a team.
