UKG is seeking a visionary and strategic leader to join our team as the Senior Director of Product Management for Global Payroll. This role will be pivotal in shaping the strategy and execution of UKG Ready's international payroll product, catering to the SMB segment in North America and mid-market segment internationally. Reporting to the VP of Product Management for UKG Ready, the Senior Director will lead the payroll product management team, driving innovation and delivering value to customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy: Develop and execute the strategic vision for UKG Ready's international payroll product, aligning with business objectives and market needs.
Leadership and Team Management: Lead and inspire the payroll product management team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive performance and foster a culture of excellence.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success, to ensure alignment of product strategy and execution.
Market Analysis and Customer Insights: Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and customer interviews to identify opportunities and inform product strategy and roadmap.
Product Roadmap and Prioritization: Define and prioritize features and enhancements for the international payroll product roadmap, balancing customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
Execution and Delivery: Drive the execution and delivery of payroll product initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet customer expectations.
Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product strategy, roadmap, and progress to internal stakeholders, including executive leadership, product teams, and sales, fostering alignment and transparency.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the global payroll product portfolio, leveraging emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience in product management leadership roles within the software industry, with a focus on payroll or related domains.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
Strategic mindset and demonstrated experience in developing and executing product strategy to drive business growth.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Deep understanding of international payroll processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Experience working with SMB or mid-market segments is a plus.
Knowledge of HCM software and familiarity with UKG Ready is highly desirable.
