Internship Program Details:

To be eligible for this program you must be able to work in a hybrid environment and be on site 3 days per week. This is a full-time role Monday through Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm EST. September 9th - December 13th

UKG's Intern Academy program is dedicated to helping college students jump start their business careers at a top-ranked technology company that cares about its people. About the Team:

Join our IT team and gain hands-on experience in developing and customizing solutions with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. As an Intern Software Engineer, you will be part of a team that values learning opportunities, diverse perspectives, and innovative thinking. You will work closely with experienced IT professionals to support our internal finance and accounting teams, contributing to meaningful projects, and enhancing your technical skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist in developing, testing, building, and deploying customizations and solutions for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
Collaborate with IT team members to clarify requirements and solve technical challenges.
Participate in daily code reviews and agile development practices.
Support the culture of delivering quality software in a timely manner and continuously improve development processes.
Attend team meetings to provide status updates and suggest opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Familiarity in object-oriented programming languages, preferably C# or .NET.
Basic understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile or Lean.
Familiarity with JavaScript and Power Platform is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a positive team player attitude.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Internship Eligibility Details:
