Job Description

Manage and Administer enterprise databases such as SQL Server and Oracle database servers. Install, configure and deploy various enterprise databases on Oracle or SQL server. Migrate Databases from on-premises to AWS or AZURE cloud. Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, monitoring and optimization of the databases. Perform various administrative tasks including updating with latest patches, creating maintenance plans and utilizing various cloud technologies for databases. Create database stored procedures, packages, views, functions and utilize various BI reporting tools in Oracle or MS SQL Server. Work under supervision. Travel and/or relocation to unanticipated client sites throughout USA is required.

Education Required

Master's degree in Computers/IT/IS/Business/Engineering (Any) or closely related field with 6 (Six) months of experience in the job offered or as an IT Consultant/IT Analyst/Server Admin/Database Administrator or related. Employer also accepts Bachelor's degree in Computers/IT/IS/Business/Engineering (Any) or closely related field plus 5 (five) years of progressive work experience in related field.
