Job Focus: Performs a variety of working-level complex duties as needed to assure the integrity, accuracy, and maintenance of computerized and manual student record systems; developing data reports as required; provides clerical support to the Vice President of Student Affairs in organizing special projects as assigned. Gathers student and program data from the Student Information System for reports vital to management. Generates student data requests for the state and administration. Assures that state student data requirements are met.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
2. Four (4) years of progressive experience in office settings, emphasizing data base management, data analysis, and reporting.
3. Strong public speaking and communication skills.
4. Proficient in computer applications.
5. Demonstrated ability to maintain excellent customer relations.
6. Experience with planning, coordinating, and facilitating activities or events.
7. Demonstrated ability to follow various processes and procedures.
8. Must successfully pass criminal background check.
9. Valid driver's license.

Note: Related work experience may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis.
