Position Summary
The Visiting Research Specialist will perform research functions for the Vitoux Program on Aging and Prevention. The position will work across multi-disciplinary functional areas, including respiratory health, behavioral medicine, and nutritional science to lead and coordinate the components of the research.
Duties & Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the processes and procedures for participant recruitment, informed consent, data collection, and retention.

Oversee, manage, and implement biospecimen protocols within the overall scope of the research project.

Manage and maintain accurate study records as well as updates on the study Manual of Procedures.

Oversee and manage log of participant payments.

Train and supervise junior staff and student research interns on day-to-day project needs.

Assist Director of Clinical Research Operations with the evaluation and monitoring of study progress and timeline.
