Under administrative direction, performs professional level duties that are devoted to maintaining department operations. These including supporting general administration, financial transactions, data analytics development and support, and coordinating grant application.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide support to the Department Head, Faculty and Director of Administrative Operations, serving as a staff advisor and performing professional support tasks such as, assists with budget functions, reporting, no fund contracting, purchasing, travel arrangements/reimbursements.

Provide support for the data analytics needs of the department including creating custom reports utilizing the AITS data warehouse, developing automated SAS reports, designing Tableau dashboard to visualize information, manage and build qualtrics surveys.

Provide support for general office administration including mail; supplies; data entry; report processing; directories; deliveries; office maintenance/housekeeping; facilities management; office and conference room equipment; meeting arrangements; calendars.

Serve as backup to assist faculty members and principal investigators in preparation of and submission of research proposals to sponsoring agencies including the formulation grant/contract budgets.

Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
