Program Finance Analyst II

Bowhead is actively hiring an analyst who enjoys a challenge and a dynamic workload in support of Special Communications Mission Solutions (SCMS) at Webster Outlying Field located in St. Inigoes, MD.

Responsibilities

Function:

Perform full life cycle PM in the areas of initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling. Interface with GPLs and Government client organizations to coordinate and complete all project processes from requirements through delivery. Support IPT activities, coordinates status meetings, and produces detailed reports used by the team and management. Tailor standard tools to best support specific project reporting, continuous analysis, complex problem-solving, and rebalancing of requirements throughout the duration of assigned projects

Program Finance Analyst II support shall consist of:

• Attending program meetings to document decisions and action items
• Assist in collection and analysis of financial data/reporting
• Maintain government labor plans through tracking and analysis
• Provide project management support through technical documentation
• Assist in collection of project data to develop status brief
• Maintain and update program information on the CMCS SharePoint site
• Provide ad hoc project management support as required
• Facilitate technical program status meetings
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in financial related field preferred, with three (3) or more years of related experience. (In lieu of a degree, additional 6 years of relevant experience.) 

  • Minimum of 3 years in a relevant financial environment.
  • Individual must be able to work well as a team but also be able to perform work independently.
  • Navy-ERP experience preferred.
  • The following experience is preferred: Teams, SharePoint, FlankSpeed
  • Active Secret clearance is preferred.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
• Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
