* Inform strategy development for portfolio
* Develop presentation materials and reports; develop, coordinate, and execute materials, activities, and events designed to build awareness for portfolio
* Develop and collect metrics on programs and initiatives.
* Inform Project Management Plans (e.g. scope statements, work breakdown structures, and integrated master schedules)
* Financial execution planning, reporting, tracking, and Business Financial manager interface. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Project).
* Must be able to manage multiple projects at one time.
* Ability to research, analyze, and evaluate information.
* Ability to express ideas effectively orally and in writing with senior government officials.
* DoD Secret level clearance. Education Bachelor's degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
