HART Technologies, Inc. is looking for an Administrative Support Analyst to work as a member of our engineering services support team in Dahlgren, VA. Candidates who are highly motivated, process-oriented, and are ready to learn and grow are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Program Managers to develop reports and briefings.
• Schedule, Organize and Attend meetings.
• Prepare literature and create/organize meeting minutes for distribution.
• Collaborate with finance and management support teams to meet project and customer deadlines.
• Provide direct support to customers, employees, and management teams.
• Communicate clearly and concisely with stakeholders and team members to ensure cohesive efforts across a broad portfolio of tasking.
• Take ownership of routine contract administrative tasks, operating with minimal oversight.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance.
